If you have a conditional admit, you only need to submit a final official transcript and degree certificate. It does not in any way prohibit you for getting a visa or registering for classes.

You have to submit

1) Your full (sealed / stamped) transcript.

2) Your final degree.

Both of these can be submitted before you graduate from Clemson, so you do have about two years to get your hands on these and submit them.

Degree certificates may be brought by Graduate Admissions or Enrolled Student Services. It will be reviewed, copied and returned to you.
