  1. Cut Gobi and Aloo into small (1/2”) pieces.
  2. Crush / Grind Onions, Tomatoes and Green Chilies into a paste
  3. Heat oil in a pan, saute cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste for a minute and crushed tomato,onion and gr chilli and add turmeric cook till oil ozzes out add rest of spices mixed in water
  4. Cool this masala and mix with aloo gobi, then cook covered till ready. Add a little water if needed for steam.
