Use a mix of Chicken thighs and breast for great flavor. Make cuts in chicken with a knife or holes with a fork. Marinate for ~6 hours. Grill for 8 minutes (George Foreman). Or 7 minutes each side on a skillet with spray oil. There should be enough fat in the chicken to help. Add to Saag for Saag Chicken.
