- 250 g Chicken
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Deggi Mirch Gives color, has no taste
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi Crushed
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tbsp Oil
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Recipe Notes
Use a mix of Chicken thighs and breast for great flavor. Make cuts in chicken with a knife or holes with a fork. Marinate for ~6 hours. Grill for 8 minutes (George Foreman). Or 7 minutes each side on a skillet with spray oil. There should be enough fat in the chicken to help. Add to Saag for Saag Chicken.
