Ingredients
Spices
- 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 inch gr peas thin strips
- 4 green chilli
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
Veggies
- 450 oz cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
- 1 onion
- 2 russet potatoes cubed
- 1 Tomatoes chopped

Instructions
- Cut Gobi and Aloo into small (1/2'') pieces.
- Crush / Grind Onions, Tomatoes and Green Chilies into a paste
- Heat oil in a pan, saute cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste for a minute and crushed tomato,onion and gr chilli and add turmeric cook till oil ozzes out add rest of spices mixed in water
- Cool this masala and mix with aloo gobi, then cook covered till ready. Add a little water if needed for steam.
